About the Coach
Our coaching business is operated by Anita Brown. Anita received her formal culinary training at Kendall College, and has previously worked as a caterer, Culinary Expert for Bloomingdale’s, Cooking School Director for Treasure Island Foods, Chef and Business Developer for the Now We’re Cookin’ Culinary Service Center and Director of Training and Development for Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and The Cradle Adoption Agency.
“I’ve been ‘feeding’ people all my life,” Anita says, including her early years handing out sugar cookie samples to customers at her Dad’s bakery in Chicago. “Culinary coaching is a wonderful way for me to teach what I have learned and to motivate you to cook well, eat better and create delicious dishes on your own.”
