ABOUT THE COACH
Anita Brown has a Chef Certification from Kendall College, has taught numerous adult education programs and has owned her own catering business. She has also served as the cooking school director for Bloomingdales and Treasure Island Foods.
Love of cooking runs in her genes. She created her first batch of cookies at age 5!
At only a slightly older age, she helped out at her father’s bakery by test tasting his goods, sweeping out the roll bins and washing sheet pans. She also learned the art of cooking by assisting her grandmothers’ prepare delectable family and holiday meals.
